Food in Milan

Dinners in Milan are more elaborate than just a simple Pizza or Panini.

By the way, Milan is the home of quite a few dishes which we regard as classic Italian. The Minestrone soup is Milanese, as is the Milanese cutlet which is a flattened, crumb fried veal cutlet. Risotto Milanese is obviously local. The delicious Osso Bucco with Gremolata is local too. Pasta and fish are big too. Here is a sample of what we ate.
